MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES
In order to receive a refund/credit, merchandise must be unopened, with the original packing and in re-sellable condition. No refunds/credits will be issued on used merchandise unless due to manufacture’s damage or defect. Damaged/defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Returns for refund on unused items must be made within 30 days of purchase. Initial shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without the original purchase receipt or a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Sorry, no exceptions. Please contact customer service to receive an RA number.
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Anahata will usually ship items within 2-5 business days of purchase. Most orders will be shipped with FedEx Smart Post or by U.S mail. Shipments are sent and delivered with "no signature required."
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders typically ship within 2-5 days of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please call customer service. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, you will not be eligible to cancel without incurring shipping fees.
REFUND POLICY
Customers can call customer service to request a refund. Refunds for qualifying returns per the return policies described above will be issued when returned merchandise is received. Defective items are eligible for exchange only for the same item.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy at Anahata and all of our related sites. We do not distribute your personal information to any third parties. This includes not only your email address, but any personal information you input during your use of the site. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future, but not without giving notice and providing individuals with the opportunity to opt-out. We do not track or monitor any one individual's activity on the website.
